This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services to 5th and 6th grade students in a school setting located in Bridgeport, CT. The role is onsite with a contract term running from ASAP through the end of the school year. Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) with certification, including CCC or CFY credentials, are invited to contribute their expertise in supporting student communication and learning goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized and group speech therapy services to 5th and 6th grade students.
- Manage a caseload focused on school-aged children.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to support students communication and academic progress.
- Complete required documentation and present caseload information to clinical supervisors.
Desired Qualifications
- Valid certification as an SLP, including ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
- Experience working within school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with students and school personnel.
